By using TheoryTürkçe (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Educational purpose

TheoryTürkçe provides learning and practice material for the UK driving theory test. It is not professional driving advice and does not replace official guidance.

2) No affiliation

TheoryTürkçe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DVSA, DfT, or any UK government body.

3) Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

4) Payments

If you purchase premium access, payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may change over time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls.
• Do not probe, attack, or disrupt the Service (for example: automated scraping, denial-of-service, or vulnerability exploitation).
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6) Accuracy and updates

We work to keep content accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may update or change content and features at any time.

7) Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your exam results and driving outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or harming the Service.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
